These terms cover your use of MakeYourChart (makeyourchart.com). By using the site you agree to them.

The service

MakeYourChart lets you turn data into animated chart videos. Charts are rendered in your browser. Free use includes watermarked 720p exports. Pro is a monthly subscription that unlocks the features listed on the pricing page.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro costs $11.99/month and Pro + AI costs $19.99/month, plus any applicable taxes, billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Pro + AI is Pro plus an AI add-on. If you add AI to an existing Pro plan, we charge the add-on for the rest of the current period right away; if you remove it, the unused part is credited to your next bill. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. If something isn't working, contact chart@memes.com within 7 days of a charge and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

Your content

You own the data you enter and the videos you export, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially. You are responsible for having the rights to the data, images and audio you use, and for the accuracy of the charts you publish. Template data is provided as-is for convenience; verify figures before publishing.

Acceptable use

Don't use MakeYourChart to break the law, infringe others' rights, mislead people with fabricated data presented as fact, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Charts and templates are not financial, legal or investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
