Your chart data stays on your device

The data you paste or upload, the images you add and the videos you export are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers. The one exception is Fix it with AI, a Pro + AI feature you choose to use: it sends the text in the data box through our server to OpenAI to turn it into a table. We don't save that text. OpenAI's API data controls govern its handling and retention of the text. Your current project is saved in your browser's local storage so you don't lose work.

What we collect

• Account: your email address when you sign in or subscribe.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never your card details.
• Analytics and advertising: we use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Analytics and the TikTok Pixel to understand which pages and ads work. These tools may set cookies and receive your IP address, browser details and pages visited. When you subscribe we send Meta a hashed (unreadable) copy of your email to measure our ads.
• Ad click details: if you arrive from an ad, we keep the campaign tags (like utm_source) in your browser and attach them to your checkout so we can tell which campaigns work.

How we use it

To provide the service, sign you in, manage your subscription, measure and improve our marketing, and contact you about your account. We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can block cookies in your browser, opt out of personalized ads in your Meta, Google and TikTok settings, and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing chart@memes.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights to access, correct or delete your data.

Stripe (payments), Supabase (sign-in and membership records), OpenAI (Fix it with AI), our hosting provider, Meta, Google and TikTok (analytics and ads).
